Sober in the Sun 2012 Hospitality Suite

The Hospitality Suite for A.A. and Al-Anon attendees will be located in the Ocotillo Room (off of the downstairs foyer in the Hotel Zoso) and open at 12:00pm on Thursday, May 10th. Please drop by throughout the four day convention to renew old acquaintances and meet new friends. We will have coffee available starting at 6:00am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and light snacks will be highlighted each morning and afternoon. This is a GREAT place to meet up in the early morning for those participating in the Sunrise Meetings or the Indian Canyon Hike. The Suite will be closed during the main speaker meetings on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, as well as during the Saturday night banquet and entertainment. The Suite will close at 7:00pm on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and at 9:00am on Sunday.
 
For those who may like diversions during the conference, we will provide board games, puzzles and playing cards. Please come by and post your A.A. or Al-Anon date on our large wall calendar and show-us-where-you're-from on the large wall maps. For the creative types, there will be a table to decorate your name cardholder with baubles, bangles, jewels and beads. There will always be treats for those with a sweet tooth throughout the convention. The Hospitality Suite will be staffed by committee members and volunteers and we look forward to getting to know each of you better and providing a relaxing experience during Sober In The Sun 2012.
