Registration for Sober in the Sun 2012

REGISTRATION

Early Registration fee is $40.00 each before 2/29/12 and $50.00 each beginning 3/01/12.

To purchase multiple Registrations - please add each separately to the shopping cart.

Select Registration "OPTIONS."  

1. In the Name Field enter your First Name and Last Initial (this is how it will appear on your conference badge.)
2. In the Member Field select "AA, Al-Anon, or Both."
3. Enter your City.
4. Enter your State (abbreviation)
5. Select "ADD TO CART."
6. Repeat this process to purchase another Registration.

BANQUET

Banquet Tickets are $50.00 each (there are a limited number of 200 banquet tickets available this year).

To purchase multiple Banquet Tickets - please add each separately to the shopping cart.

Select Banquet "OPTIONS."    

1. Select your Meal Selection "Beef, Chicken, or Vegetarian."
2. Repeat this process to purchase another Banquet Ticket

DONATE

Sober in The Sun is self-supporting, however, it solicits funds in order to offer scholarships to those who would like to participate but could not due to financial hardships. It is our intent that no one will ever be turned away from the conference or any Sober in the Sun event because of lack of funds.

If you would like to donate to the Sober in the Sun Scholarship Fund, you may add your donation to the shopping cart. Donations are in one-dollar increments.  

Select "Scholarship Options"

1. In the Donation Field select "Scholarship Fund."
2. In the Quantity Field enter the dollar amount you wish to contribute.
3. "ADD TO CART.".

 Fundraising Event and Hotel Package Raffle Tickets

1. Select Event you wish to purchase tickets for by selecting "ADD TO CART."
2. Enter the quantity of tickets you  wish to purchase.
3. Select "CONTINUE SHOPPING."
4. Repeat to purchase multiple Event tickets.
5. Select "CHECKOUT."

CHECKOUT

1. Add your items to the shopping cart.
2. Select "Checkout."
3. Complete the billing information.
4. Select "Continue."

To pay by Check

5. Select "Print and Mail"
6. Select "PLACE ORDER" in the bottom left hand corner, include your check payable to "Sober in the Sun" and mail to:

To pay by Credit Card

5. Select "Credit Card"
6. Enter Credit Card information.
7. Select "PLACE ORDER"
